Intestinal Permeability or Bowel Toxicity This involves testing a urine sample from the client, for ‘gut dysbiosis', a very common condition, which means that the intestinal wall is more permeable than it should be. This leads to an imbalance of microorganisms in the gastrointestinal tract and poor nutritional uptake. Those who suffer from bowel toxicity and gut permeability, often experience symptoms such as wind, bloat, nausea, cramping in the gut, poor immunity and very low energy levels, to name a few. These symptoms can be reduced with treatment.
