Almond Boost Bars

  1. 1 3/4 cups almond meal
  2. 12 pitted medjool dates
  3. 1/4 cup almond nut butter
  4. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  5. 1 cup almonds
  6. juice of 1 small lemon
  7. cacao powder, to dust
  1. Place all of the ingredients except lemon juice & cacao into a food processor and process for a minute, while adding the juice. Stop when mixture comes together.
  2. Press into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
  3. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  4. Cut into fingers and dust lightly with cacao powder to serve.
  1. You'll get addicted to these raw snacks!
