Ingredients
  1. 200ml coconut water
  2. 5-6 ice cubes
  3. 1 banana
  4. 2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  5. 2 tsp Lucuma, Chia & Coconut antioxidant powder
  6. 1 Tbsp cashew nut butter
  7. 1-2 Tbsp Cacao nibs
Method
  1. Place all ingredients in blender & blend until smooth. Leave some of the cacao nibs to sprinkle on top as a garnish.
Notes
  1. Great recovery food after a hard session of weights!
