Cashew Nut Balls (Protein Balls)

- 1 cup chopped, pitted dates
- 2 Tablespoons coconut
- 45g vanilla protein powder
- 3 Tablespoons cashew nut butter
- Juice of half a lemon
- Place all ingredients into food processor.
- Process until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
- Make into balls and roll in small amount of coconut. Refrigerate.
