Ingredients
  1. 1 cup chopped, pitted dates
  2. 2 Tablespoons coconut
  3. 45g vanilla protein powder
  4. 3 Tablespoons cashew nut butter
  5. Juice of half a lemon
Method
  1. Place all ingredients into food processor.
  2. Process until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
  3. Make into balls and roll in small amount of coconut. Refrigerate.
