Ingredients
  1. ¼ cup chia seeds
  2. ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  3. Pinch ground cinnamon
1 piece of fresh fruit
  1. eg. Peach, nectarine, apricot
Method
  1. Stir together ¼ cup chia seeds with ¾ cup almond milk and leave covered in fridge overnight.
  2. Add slices of fresh fruit in the morning with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
