Chocolate Oatmeal Porridge

  1. 1/3 cup uncooked oats
  2. 1/2 cup water
  3. 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  4. 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  5. 1/2 cup low fat milk or almond milk
  1. In a bowl, combine oats, water and protein powder.
  2. Microwave on high until oats are cooked, about 2 mins.
  3. Stir in peanut butter.
  4. Optional - add a drizzle of maple syrup.
  5. Pour milk on top. Can add a dollop of yoghurt to garnish.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
  1. Makes a large serve for one person.
