Creamy Banana Porridge

- 1/4 cup organic rolled oats
- 1/2 almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 Tbsp cashew nut butter
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed (linseed)
- 1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries (thawed)
- 1-2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
- dash cinnamon
- Place oats in small saucepan & add milk.
- Stir in cashew nut butter and banana.
- Cook over moderate heat for about 3 mins.
- Serve in bowl.
- Stir in flaxseed, then add cherries, yoghurt & dash of cinnamon.
- A super creamy delight!
