Creamy Banana Porridge

Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup organic rolled oats
  2. 1/2 almond milk
  3. 1/2 banana
  4. 1 Tbsp cashew nut butter
  5. 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed (linseed)
  6. 1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries (thawed)
  7. 1-2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
  8. dash cinnamon
Method
  1. Place oats in small saucepan & add milk.
  2. Stir in cashew nut butter and banana.
  3. Cook over moderate heat for about 3 mins.
  4. Serve in bowl.
  5. Stir in flaxseed, then add cherries, yoghurt & dash of cinnamon.
Notes
  1. A super creamy delight!
