Green Tea & Coconut Energy Boost

- 1 cup hot organic green tea
- 1-2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/4 of an avocado or 1 tbsp cashew nut butter
- dash cinnamon
- Blend together the hot tea and coconut oil.
- Allow to cool a little (until warm, rather than hot), then add whey powder, cinnamon and avocado or nut butter. Blend.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon lightly on top.
- This is a great afternoon snack to boost your energy and focus.
- Also an excellent pre-workout snack!
- Makes 1 serve.
