Green Tea & Coconut Energy Boost

  1. 1 cup hot organic green tea
  2. 1-2 Tbsp coconut oil
  3. 2 Tbsp vanilla whey protein powder
  4. 1/4 of an avocado or 1 tbsp cashew nut butter
  5. dash cinnamon
  1. Blend together the hot tea and coconut oil.
  2. Allow to cool a little (until warm, rather than hot), then add whey powder, cinnamon and avocado or nut butter. Blend.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon lightly on top.
  1. This is a great afternoon snack to boost your energy and focus.
  2. Also an excellent pre-workout snack!
  3. Makes 1 serve.
