Ingredients
  1. ¾ cup almond meal
  2. ½ cup pitted, chopped dates
  3. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  4. Zest of ½ lemon
  5. 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  6. ½ cup coconut
Method
  1. Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until blended.
  2. Make into small balls and store in a container. Refrigerate.
