Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cup dry roasted almonds
  2. 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  3. 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  4. 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  5. 1/4 tsp paprika
  6. 1/4 tsp dry chilli flakes
  7. salt & pepper, to taste
Method
  1. Process the almonds.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Serve with sliced sourdough bread, dipped in extra virgin olive oil combined with balsamic vinegar.

  2. If you're not into bread ... Dukkah can be used as a sprinkle on Atlantic Salmon before baking in the oven. Delicious!
