Salted Caramel & Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients
  1. 1 frozen banana
  2. 2 pitted Medjool dates
  3. 1 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
  4. ice (optional - nice in Summer!)
  5. 1 cup coconut water (or water or Almond milk for creamier taste)
  6. 2 scoops salted caramel protein powder
  7. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  8. dash ground ginger powder
  9. Dust lightly with cinnamon on top to serve!
Method
  1. Blend altogether in Nutribullet or processor.
  2. Enjoy this Christmassy twist to your protein shake!
