Ingredients
  1. ½ cup tahini
  2. ½ cup honey
  3. ½ cup dessicated coconut
  4. ½ cup LSA or ground seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, linseed)
  5. 1 cup chopped dates
  6. ½ cup chopped almonds
Method
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Roll into small balls and coat with coconut.
  3. Store in fridge in sealed container. Can be frozen.
Notes
  1. This snack is high in calcium and fibre.
