- ½ cup tahini
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup dessicated coconut
- ½ cup LSA or ground seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, linseed)
- 1 cup chopped dates
- ½ cup chopped almonds
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll into small balls and coat with coconut.
- Store in fridge in sealed container. Can be frozen.
- This snack is high in calcium and fibre.
