  1. 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  2. 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  3. 1-2 Tbsp tamari soy sauce
  1. Preheat frypan. Add seeds and heat while stirring, so they don't burn.
  2. When the pumpkin seeds start to swell and 'pop' (in about 1 min), turn off the heat. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in tamari soy sauce.
  4. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
  1. A good alternative to nuts.
