- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1-2 Tbsp tamari soy sauce
- Preheat frypan. Add seeds and heat while stirring, so they don't burn.
- When the pumpkin seeds start to swell and 'pop' (in about 1 min), turn off the heat. Remove from heat.
- Stir in tamari soy sauce.
- Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
- A good alternative to nuts.
