Vanilla & Cinnamon Chia Pudding

  1. 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  2. 1 cup almond milk
  3. 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  4. dash cinnamon
  5. fruit, yoghurt, slivered almonds, sunflower seeds
  1. In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, milk, cinnamon, protein powder.
  2. Allow to sit for a few minutes, then stir again to remove any lumps.
  3. Cover & refrigerate over night.
  4. Add fresh fruit, dollop Greek yoghurt, sprinkle of nuts & seeds.
  1. A satisfying breakfast with a creamy taste. (Serves 1)
