Zucchini & Dukkah Chips

Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup dukkah
  2. 2 medium zucchini, cut into chips
  3. 1 beaten egg, with 1 Tbsp water
  4. olive oil to drizzle
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Line baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place dukkah into shallow bowl.
  3. Dip zucchini into egg mix and then dukkah, to coat.
  4. Place chips on baking tray.
  5. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and bake until golden and crispy (about 20mins).
Notes
  1. Makes about 24 chips.
