I went to see Merridy to learn more about healthy eating. I joined Merridy’s 10-Week Weight Management Program.

The information provided was simple and so easy to use. Even for someone who can not cook and had no idea of the important differences between protein, fat and carbohydrates. Learning it was easy and it all made so much sense.

I now have more energy, I’m never hungry and I feel motivated to continue learning more.
I have lost some weight, though that wasn't my main focus and I have improved my eating habits in many ways.

Merridy was fantastic, she got me back on track and provided so much inspiration!
