I made the decision to seek Merridy’s help & advice to change my body shape, after my solo efforts were unsuccessful.

From our first meeting, I found her to have a clear understanding of my desire to change my eating habits, resulting in a loss of body fat & a healthier body.

I adjusted to my recommended meal plan with few problems, although it took time to adjust to consuming additional water.

Throughout the 12 week programme, Merridy has supported & encouraged me, advising ways to “kick start” my metabolism when necessary. The reduction in body fat & weight has been steady & gradual, with a great improvement in my body shape. I have now become so used my recommended meal plan, that I can’t imagine returning to the “old ways” of eating. We recently spent 6 weeks overseas & I was able to keep to my meal plan, lapsing only a few times for Italian gelati.

Regular sessions at the gym continue to build muscle & daily walks with the dog improve fitness. Energy levels have increased as have general wellbeing & self –esteem.

Online 10-Week Program

I am getting married early next year and wanted to improve my health and energy, and to be in better shape by then.

As I had been feeling lethargic, suffering severe PMS and just not feeling the way that I knew I could, I sought Merridy's help. I had also been feeling anxious and exhausted- both my physical and mental health were suffering. So, I participated in her Online 10-Week Program via Skype, because I live in the country. This made appointments so accessible, especially with an 18 month old. I arranged the sessions at times when I knew my toddler would be sleeping.
This program has given me such a good foundation for sustainable and realistic health and well being. My gut is the healthiest it has been for a long time and I feel full of life and energy!I lost weight, even though this wasn't my focus, it just happened as I began to nourish my body and treat it with the love and respect it deserved. I went to see Merridy to learn more about healthy eating. I joined Merridy’s 10-Week Weight Management Program.

The information provided was simple and so easy to use. Even for someone who can not cook and had no idea of the important differences between protein, fat and carbohydrates. Learning it was easy and it all made so much sense.

I now have more energy, I’m never hungry and I feel motivated to continue learning more.
I have lost some weight, though that wasn't my main focus and I have improved my eating habits in many ways.

10-Week Weight Loss Program

I am writing this testimonial to Merridy’s Weight Management Program because of the success I’ve had in losing the stubborn weight that I have spent the last 4 years trying to shift. My age and slowing metabolism, childbirth and re-occurring back pain conspired to keep my weight well above my goal. Despite years of gym membership with regular attendance (up to 8 hours a week when my back allowed) I was not able to lose the fat around my waist and could not understand why.

My experience with Merridy’s weight management program delivered the desired result – fast. I found the program to be very educational, supportive, easy to live with and excellent value for money (rebates apply).

I have not been the perfect client by any means. A glass or two of Chardy was not included on the program and my insistence on enjoying my favourite tipple probably slowed down the process of achieving my goal, however I am happy with the results and the amount of time it took to achieve my goal.
