Pass on any foods not on this list: quality protein (lean meats, fish/seafood, free range chicken/turkey, eggs, yoghurt & quality protein powder for nutritious shakes), beans, legumes, nuts, seeds, nut butters, in season fruit & vegetables, rice, quinoa, oatmeal, buckwheat, wholegrain pasta & bread. Cook with macadamia nut oil & rice bran oil. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over salads with a touch of balsamic vinegar for a healthy dressing. 

2) Shop healthy. Replace the eliminated foods with the right foods to fuel your success.
